Steve Zahurones (right) and his brother Dean, both of Belvidere, partcipate in the 2010 Red Shoe Run at the Rockford campus of Northern Illinois University on Saturday, April 10. On Steve's tie-dyed t-shirt is a photo of their father Lester Zahurones, who died of a massive heart attack in 2002, and Arnie Awe, who received one of Lester's donor kidneys.
