United States Army Brigadier General Steven Huber addresses an assembly at Genoa Kingston Middle School in Genoa, Illinois on Thursday, November 11, 2010 in observance of Veterans Day. Huber is commander of the nearly 8,000 members of Task Force Phoenix VIII, whose mission is to train and mentor Afghan National Security Forces. He is also Commander, Land Component and Director of the Joint Staff of the Illinois Army National Guard.
